Heartworm: a negative HW test once yearly for dogs over 1 year old-

CIV: (Canine Influenza Vaccine) we strongly recommend this vaccine•

On Flea/Tick prevention and Heartworm prevention year round•

Successful completion of a trial day in our dog daycare group
